How we can help fastest

• A tool does not work as expected? Tell us the tool name, what you pressed and what happened – for example the message you saw. The phone or computer and browser you use (such as Android with Chrome or iPhone with Safari) helps us a lot.
• Idea for a new tool or option? Many of our tools were added because visitors asked for them. Describe what you want to do and in which format.
• Business and partnership questions – write to us by email with a short introduction.

Before you write

• Most questions are answered in the FAQ on each tool page.
• Password-protected PDFs: you need the password to open or unlock them – we cannot recover forgotten passwords.
• Scanned documents need OCR before their text can be edited, translated or converted to Word.
