How to use Merge Images
- Press Select images and choose two or more pictures.
- Set the order with ↑ ↓ and choose a layout, spacing and background colour.
- Choose JPG, PNG or PDF and press Merge images.
When is merging pictures useful?
- ID cards and licences: many forms want the front and back on one page. The ID card layout places both sides at the real card size (85.6 × 54 mm), so the printout matches the original.
- Before and after: put two photos side by side to show a change – a room, a product or a design.
- Screenshots: join several phone screenshots one under another to share a whole chat or a long page as one image.
- Collages: a grid of 4, 6 or 9 photos for social media, a class project or a family album.
“Make pictures the same size”
Photos from different phones rarely have the same size. With this option on, pictures in a row get the same height, pictures in a column the same width, and grid cells are filled evenly, so the result looks tidy. Switch it off to keep every picture at its own size.

Frequently asked questions
How do I put two pictures side by side?
Choose both pictures, keep the layout “Side by side” and press Merge images. Use ↑ ↓ to swap which one is on the left.
How do I put my ID card front and back on one page?
Choose the front photo first and the back photo second, pick “ID card – front and back on one A4 page” and save as PDF or JPG. Both sides are placed at the real card size, ready to print or upload.
How many pictures can I merge?
As many as your device can handle. Very large results are scaled to a safe size of about 40 megapixels so they open on every phone.
Will the quality drop?
No. Pictures are drawn at their full resolution and saved at high quality. PNG keeps every pixel exactly.
Can I change the background colour?
Yes. The space between and around the pictures can be any colour, or set the spacing to None.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, so private photos such as ID cards stay on your device.
