How to use PDF to PowerPoint
- Press Select PDF file.
- Choose Editable text or Exact look.
- Press Convert to PowerPoint and download the .pptx file.
Two ways to convert
- Editable text – the words are removed from the page picture and placed in text boxes on top, so you can change them in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote.
- Exact look – each slide shows the page exactly as it is, perfect for presenting a PDF.
Fonts are replaced by the presentation’s standard font; you can choose any font afterwards.
How the slides are made
Each PDF page becomes one slide in the same shape. Text is placed as editable text boxes where possible, and the rest of the page is kept as a sharp picture, so the slide looks like the original.
Tips
- Choose “pictures only” for a perfect visual copy to present, “editable text” when you need to change words.
- To share slides as a document, PowerPoint to PDF does the reverse.
