How to use AI Story Localizer
- Paste your script, open a TXT, Word, PDF or subtitle (SRT/VTT) file – or paste a YouTube video, web page or Google Doc link and press Get the script.
- Choose what should happen – Localize, Translate or Correct mistakes – and the language of the result. Mistakes in spelling, grammar and punctuation are fixed automatically in every mode.
- Read the result, compare it with the original, redo any paragraph, then download TXT or Word, split it for voiceover tools or make a YouTube title and description.
Three ways to use it
- 🌍 Localize – the story moves to another country: new names, places, customs and situations, written like a local author.
- 🔤 Translate – any language into any language: English to Urdu, Urdu to English, Hindi to Arabic, Korean to Spanish… Names, places and culture stay as they are, and each name is spelled the same way every time. Idioms are translated by meaning, not word for word.
- ✍ Correct mistakes – the same language, only fixed: spelling, grammar, punctuation, spacing and typing mistakes, without changing your words or style.
Your script can be written in any language – it is detected automatically. The result can be in the national languages of countries around the world – Urdu, Roman Urdu (Urdu in English letters), English (US or UK), Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Persian, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and many more – or type any other language. With Fix spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes automatically switched on, mistakes in the original are never copied: the result uses correct punctuation for its language, for example ، ۔ and ؟ in Urdu.
What it changes
The AI first reads your whole script and plans the change: every character gets a realistic name for the new country, places become real local places, and customs, food, clothes, celebrations, money, jobs, schools and ways of speaking are replaced with their local equivalents. Situations that would not happen in the new country are turned into realistic local ones with the same emotional stakes – for example a forced marriage between families can become a contract marriage to save a family business, or a strict condition in a wealthy grandfather’s will.
Then it rewrites the script part by part, line by line, in the same order. The plot, emotions, dialogue and length stay true to the original.
Ready-made styles
- Desi novel → American romance in Urdu, ready for a YouTube voiceover
- Korean drama style, Turkish drama style, British drama, Arab family drama, Bollywood style
- Western story → Pakistani story in Urdu
- Marketing text for the US
You can also add your own rules in Advanced settings – for example how a certain situation should be changed.
Made for creators
- YouTube story channels and voiceover artists.
- Writers adapting their own books for readers in another country.
- Businesses adapting ads, product pages and social posts for a new market.
Please only adapt your own writing or content you have permission to use.
Made for long scripts
Novels and long YouTube scripts of up to 120,000 words are read in sections; every new character and place found later is added to the same plan, so names stay consistent from the first page to the last. If the AI gets busy or you close the page, press Continue where it stopped – finished parts are kept on your device.
Tools for a professional result
- Check the plan first – see every original name, place, custom and situation next to its new local version and change anything before the rewrite starts.
- Editor polish pass – a second AI “editor” reads the localized script again and makes the wording, idioms and dialogue sound fully native.
- Compare view – original and localized paragraphs side by side; press ↻ on any paragraph to write it again, optionally with your own request (more emotional, simpler, more formal…).
- Rename everywhere – change a name in the whole result in one step.
- Parts for voiceover tools – split the script into parts that fit the character limit of your text-to-speech tool, copy each part or download them all.
- YouTube pack – five title ideas, an opening hook, a description with hashtags, thumbnail text and tags in the language of your video.
Get the script from a YouTube video or any link
No script? Paste the link instead. For a YouTube video, Short or live replay the tool reads the video’s own captions – in any language the video has – and turns them into readable paragraphs. Automatic captions usually have no full stops or commas, so you can let the AI fix punctuation and make paragraphs first, in the original language, before anything is localized. Sound tags like [Music] and ♪ are removed for you.
- YouTube – videos, Shorts and live replays that have captions; choose the caption language when there are several.
- Web pages and online stories – only the main story or article text is taken, without menus, adverts and comments.
- Google Docs – shared with “Anyone with the link”.
- Pastebin, Dropbox and Google Drive links to TXT, SRT or VTT files.
A story in several videos or pages? Get part 1, then add part 2, part 3… to the end of the same script. If YouTube does not let our server read a video’s captions, open the video, press …more → Show transcript, copy the transcript and paste it – the tool cleans it the same way.
Please localize only videos and stories you made yourself or have permission to use. Re-uploading someone else’s story, even in another language or country, can bring a copyright claim on YouTube.
