Why change the text colour?
- Make grey or faint text black so it prints clearly.
- Turn colourful text into one colour before printing in black and white.
- Use white or light text together with a dark background colour.
- Match the text to your brand colour for menus, flyers and price lists.
What changes and what stays
All normal text gets the new colour. Lines, boxes, table borders, highlights and pictures keep their own colours, and the fonts are not replaced. Invisible OCR text in scanned PDFs stays invisible. To change the font itself, use Change PDF Font.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes – free, with no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit.
Does it work with Urdu or Arabic PDFs?
Yes. Because the original font is kept, text in any language gets the new colour.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
A scan is a picture of text. Run OCR PDF first – the OCR text is invisible, so the scan itself keeps its colours.
Will the font change?
No, only the colour changes.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is opened and converted inside your browser on your own phone or computer and is never sent to our server.
