My PDF has no fields

Some forms are just a picture of a paper form with no fillable boxes. You can still complete them with Add Text to PDF, which lets you type anywhere on the page, and sign them with Sign PDF.

Languages

Forms filled in English can be locked (flattened). If you type Urdu, Arabic or Hindi into the fields, save without locking so the PDF reader can show the letters correctly.

Tips for filling forms

No fields to click?

If the form is a scan, the boxes are only pictures. Use Add Text to PDF to type on it, and Sign PDF to add a signature.
