How to use Organize PDF
- Press Select PDF file and choose your PDF.
- Move, rotate or remove pages until the order is right.
- Press Save new order and download your PDF.
Fix scanned documents in seconds
Scanners and phone apps often save pages in the wrong order or upside down, especially when a stack is scanned front and back. Organize PDF lets you fix all of that at once, without printing or scanning again.
Tips
- Press Reverse order if the whole document came out backwards.
- Press ✕ again on a page to bring it back.
- Need to add pages from another file? Use Merge PDF first, then organize.
What you can do on one screen
- Drag pages into a new order – on a phone, press and hold a page, then move it.
- Rotate single sideways pages without touching the rest.
- Delete blank or extra pages, and insert blank pages where you need space for notes.
- Add another PDF and place its pages anywhere between your pages.
Tips
- Scanned a double-sided document and the back pages are in reverse? Reverse PDF fixes the order in one step.
- Big documents (hundreds of pages) open best on a computer; the thumbnails are drawn while you scroll.
- Nothing is changed until you press save – if you make a mistake, just start over with the original file.

How do I rearrange pages in a PDF?
Select the PDF to see every page as a thumbnail. Move pages with the ◀ ▶ buttons (or drag them on a computer), rotate or remove any page, then press Apply changes.
Is Organize PDF free?

Can I drag pages on my phone?
On phones the ◀ ▶ buttons are easier to tap accurately, so we use those. Dragging works with a mouse on a computer.
